The FieldBus is the hotspot and developing direction in automatization at present and applied widely in all kinds of fields,because there are a lot of FieldBus standard so that the mutual operation between them is not good. The OPC technology provides the standard interface for the data information exchange between the industrial automatic control systems and the Human-Machine monitor software of control systems . The C/S model is adopted for its realization and it separates the hardware provider from the software developer, increases the work efficiency of both them, improves mutual operation between control system of different communication protocol greatly.This article takes the Mine Universal Workface Monitor&Control system of the Automatic Coal Mining Machinery system as background,making detail research at the OPC technology,using the OPC technology the Workface Monitor&Control system realizing information integration of several FCS and mutual operation between them.The foundation of the OPC technology, COM theory, is introduced first in this article and then the OPC specification is analyzed in detail, including OPC custom interface, OPC automation interface and the three data access style from the client,after that,a general realizing method of the OPC technology is researched.In the application of the OPC in FCS part,combination with the monitor system,analysing the deficiency of the traditional designing method of the monitoring system,making detail analysis on the realization of the sysytem;aim at the CAN2.0B communication network realizing a OPC server combination with the YanHua PCI1680 and making detail explanation on the data exchange process between the client and the server.Through the using of OPC technology realizing the data integraion and guarantee the universality of the monitoring system and the system is good at the function expanding characteristic.
