With the fast development of network technology and the popularization of its application, the implement of remote monitoring control based on network technology has become one of the most important direction in the field of control.In this paper, the objects mainly aim at several isolated process control systems in the laboratory. Based on the collective structure of network monitoring control system, some rekted technology is explored and researched, such as new control algorithm, database technology, network interlink technology and remote software monitoring control. The monitoring control pictures are designed and done. A remote network monitoring control center is established in the form of web site and remote real time monitoring control software is developed.The main contents researched in this paper are as follows:1. Design of control algorithm. Towards idiographic controlled object, adaptive algorithm is designed. Thereinto, the feedback linearization algorithm is applied to water-level nonlinear object. Temperature-box control system uses PID algorithm and relay auto-tuning PID algorithm is introduced to diesel engine cooling water temperature control system.2. Development of monitoring control pictures in virtue of kingview software platform. The pictures dramatically show the working state of controlled objects, and have the capability of collecting and showing the value of controlled parameter, setting the initial value, switch between manual and auto, showing of alarm and real time trend curve, query of history trend curve, data print output, etc.3. Establishment of remote network monitoring control web site. Microsoft windows 98 is selected as operating system, and Microsoft personal web server 4.0 as web server. Database server is Microsoft SQL server. The web site adopts default script language of ASP-VBScript, and uses SQL language to operate the database for the purpose of remote control and history data query.4. Development of remote real time monitoring control software based on Visual Basic language. The software is composed of server program and client program. The server program runs on local control computer, while the client program runs onremote monitoring control computer. The remote connection between programs is realized by winsock control and bases on TCP protocol.
