| Reheating furnace is an important heat device in steel tube production. Its main task is steel tube temperature control and fine adjustment of composition. The reheating furnace process computer system goals are mainly dynamic production process control, process operation records tracking, and production process optimization with metallurgy model.After introduction of reheating furnace technological process, reheating furnace process computer system is firstly analyzed and designed according to the requirements of process optimization and process management in this thesis. Then, OPC (Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control) communication principle is analyzed, a real-time data communications solution based on the WONDERWARE OPC server has been brought forward for the real-time communications between the process computer system and basic automation system in this thesis. Finally, a reheating furnace process RTDBMS (Real-Time Database Management System) has been designed according to the function characteristics of reheating furnace process computer.The author's work presented in this thesis mainly includes: outline analysis of reheating furnace process application software structure, descriptions of production process software flowchart in reheating furnace process computer system;Definition of OPC communication data format and communication protocol flows , implementation of OPC communication modules;Design and implementation of reheating furnace process real-time database and its application software.Reheating furnace process computer system is build on principlesof advanced technology, reliability, practicality and economy. Device selection and equipment standard have reached a modern advanced level. Success in designing of reheating furnace process computer has brought the large economic and social benefits. The successful example has been proved that high technology is very powerful and feasible in steel tube production for reheating furnace process control. |
