| Chemical Vapor Infiltration (CVI) process is a main method to get high performance C/C composites material. Which is precursor gas diffuse under pressure and react at the depositing temperature in the initial fiber preform to obtain C/C composites. CVI equipment work in high temperature and high pressure environment .Which running parameters such as temperature, vacuum degree, electric voltage, electric current, power, cooling state work in proper condition. So realize monitor to equipment's running parameter is important.Monitor of CVI equipments in C/C composites material Laboratory is mainly based on manual operation now, real-time and accuracy can not be warranted. This article aim to realize automatic monitor of CVI equipment's running parameters, and improve automation and manage level of the whole laboratory.Target and function of monitor are determined by analysing to parameters of CVI equipment. Then base on DCS technology the whole monitor system was constructed from field control class and supervisory class which were connected by communication net.Field control class is constituted from Shimaden temperature intelligent control instrument and ADAM4000 distributed data I/O modular. The temperature control of CVI equipment is completed by Shimaden temperature instrument using "temperature step programming" and "no overshoot expert PID" technology. Analogue data and digital data acquisition of CVI equipments are realized by ADAM4017 and ADAM4053 modular respectively. 485 net is used to communicate with IPC(industry control computer) by Shimaden temperature instrument and ADAM4000 modularIPC's video signal is divided into two synchronism video signals by video allotter and distributed to field display terminal and remote display terminal respectively in supervisory class. Field display terminal can have man-machine interactive function with designed into touchable indicator.Soft of monitor system design is completed through MCGS configuration tool softThe field test show that the whole CVI equipments monitor control system can work reliably and stably, reach the purpose of design and improve the automatic level of CVI equipments of whole laboratory. |
