Our society has entered a new stage of development,but we also face the problems of unstable development environment at home and abroad,which requires us to thoroughly implement the overall concept of national security and broaden the scope of understanding of national security.In order to ensure a more efficient operation of the national security intelligence system,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the intelligence sharing mechanism,improve the intelligence working mechanism,break the barriers between different and independent agencies,integrate information,simplify the process,improve the efficiency of intelligence analysis,and adapt to the current pace of information development.The United States,as a major intelligence development country,has carried out a series of reform measures on intelligence sharing,especially after the 9/11 attacks on the United States,which have important reference for our future practice.Based on the LDA topic model,this paper analyzes the relevant policy texts of US intelligence sharing,and obtains that the optimal number of topics is seven,which are policy and law,intelligence sharing environment,intelligence agency,science and technology,etc.,as the basis to construct the US intelligence sharing mechanism.After summarizing the characteristics and existing problems,the paper thinks that the information sharing mechanism of the United States is worth to learn from and watch out for the experience of the following aspects: improve the information sharing policies and regulations,scientific and reasonable information sharing network system,improve the technical support and standard,improve the work efficiency of intelligence personnel and establish the local information fusion center.
