In recent years, the National Center for the Performing Arts with both at homeand abroad to undertake and abroad to perform the task of increasing the overall scale,the National Center for the Performing Arts is increasing, between departments,departments of internal communication becomes more and more important, at thesame time, because of the special nature of the work of the unit, often need tocommunicate with some domestic and foreign outstanding performance of videocontent, these content capacity, the need to share the personnel, the ordinary mailcannot meet the new need. In addition, due to some copyright and other reasons, theneed to share video encryption system, external personnel access, using the traditionalWebpage sharing/online playback method can not meet the actual needs. So thedevelopment of an anti invasion, theft, conform to the uniform resource city securitybureau, Security Bureau, public security department and other relevant administrativeunits, sharing platform, has become an urgent need to solve now the requirements ofthe National Center for the Performing Arts.In this paper, the special requirements of National Center for the PerformingArts complex, unstructured video files using the enterprise existing storage (mainlythe various departments in the process of performing some video files) informationcollected, classified, according to the strict management and file transfer approvalprocess, the upload path randomly, read path dynamic encryption algorithm, ensurethe sharing file security.In order to realize the target, I did some research on the implementation methodof the system are now realizing content sharing. Conclusion: combined with the nowpopular search solutions, the related theory and development of information system inthe course of learning, can realize an enterprise internal resource sharing platform,both for the convenience of the theatre leadership in the information in the approvalprocess of video sharing problem, but also solve the traditional ways of sharinginformation leakage due to copyright disputes.The main contents of this paper include: the thesis outlines the background andresource sharing platform, system requirements analysis, system design and detaileddesign, system testing, some conclusions and outlook.Resource sharing platform overview part introduced in recent years, the enterpriseinternal resource sharing platform concept, development and function.The paper research background and the demand analysis mainly introduces thebackground and the internal approval process.
