With the gradually fierce competition in science and technology, the basic infrastructure of science and technology can not meet the needs of scientific and technological development and innovation activities in the whole society in China, so optimizing and restructuring the basic resource of science and technology, building an open, sharing, high level basic condition platform for science and technology has become the necessary support for science and technology to play a productive role and has become a top priority for current work. At present, the sharing of the large-scale scientific instruments is an important part of the construction of the national platform of science and technology infrastructure, and it is an effective way to promote the sharing of the resource in science and technology, to improve the innovation competence.Relying on《The National Science and Technology Program for Building Basic Conditions Platform in 2004-2010》and Shanxi fund projects of infrastructure platform building of science and technology(The Building of Shanxi large-scale scientific instruments network virtual platform, No.2006091001)and by virtul of the current scattered layout and low utilization of large scientific instruments, this thesis researches and analyzes the present situation of scientific instruments sharing to expound the necessity of sharing large-scale scientific instruments. Based on the method of sharing large-scale scientific instruments, employing the construction experience in other regions, extends the mechanism of remote sharing large-scale instruments, puts forward a new way for remote sharing large-scale instruments virtualizly. The core thought is to virtualize the function of large-scale instruments to Web Services by web services technique so as to traditional mode is promoted to the mode which services are supplied according to needs of users, and implementing remote sharing large-scale instruments cross-platform with ensuring the self-safety of large-scale instruments, make more efficient and comprehensive use of large-scale instruments. Based on it, this thesis proposes a set of specific resolutions. In this proposal, a large-scale scientific instruments virtual remote sharing architecture is built, Based on the above architecture, the virtual interface and communication standards of large-scale scientific instruments are designed specifically, and the using of them make the concrete realization of sharing disengage the concrete physical communications, thus ensures that a large-scale scientific instruments remote sharing achieves cross-platform. Taking consider of the specific large-scale scientific instruments and mainstream technology, develop a prototype system of large-scale scientific instruments virtual remote sharing platform. The system simulates information interaction between heterogeneous platforms, the parallel computer servers as remote virtual operation object, in the platform user can use remote parallel computing environment after logging in via the authentication of web browser and for user what they face is a web service, it is not necessary for them to understand the specific operation method of parallel computing environment of background. In accordance with standard service norms of the system they can implement the remote interaction with parallel computers by virtual interface. Finally, proving that technical feasibility of the virtual remote sharing scheme through realizing remote upload, implementation, download and virtual demonstration of chemical formulas which will be analyzed, and getting good results in engineering application, The Shanxi Science and Technology Department and the teachers and students in College of Chemistry And Chemical Engineering give the application a high evaluation. This thesis further explores the theory and practice for implementing strategic restructuring and resources optimization of large-scale scientific instruments, promoting efficient allocation and comprehensive use of social technology resources, improving the scientific and technological innovation capability.
