The Design And Implementation Of Urban Planning And Construction Project Management System

In recent years, Tianjin's rapid economic and social development, urban construction and renovation activities in full swing, although enforcement in the traditional way to monitor lots of manpower, material and financial resources, but along with the expansion of law enforcement supervision, the inevitable to bring the staffing shortage, law enforcement is uneven, and monitoring information can't be shared and other practical problems, seriously hampered the investigation of the case law to further enhance efficiency, it is difficult to adapt to the new situation of urban development proposed for the new requirements of law enforcement work. Therefore, to ensure the implementation of urban planning in law, effectively curb illegal construction practices, work planning and management of today's important issues.This paper analyzes the existing illegal construction projects in Tianjin supervision of practical problems, to work flow and geographic information technology, urban planning and construction project supervision and management system were studied. In this paper, illegal construction projects in Tianjin supervision status of the research and analysis to explain the work flow, geographic information systems and other related theories. Then the city planning and construction project supervision and management system for the analysis and design, for the latter part of the development work provides strong technical support and future law enforcement and supervision of construction projects to provide an efficient information technology platform.
