Analysis And Design Of The Management System Of The Funds Of Zhongshan Vocational And Technical College

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the wide application of computer, the human society has entered information era from industrial economy era and the digitization of colleges and universities has also risen and developed rapidly with the speedy development of technologies. Digital campus Construction and campus informatization becomes one developing trend of modernization of both higher eduction and management. Moreover, as the fund management department of colleges and universities, financial department has already achieved electronic data processing accounting, which means using computer instead of manual bookkeeping when doing accounting. However, the financial softwares which are generally used for accounting work processing in colleges and universities are basically operated independently in financial department but not used in other departments, which closely relate to financial department, such as teaching departments, back-office and personnel.The dissertation analyzes existing problems and proposes the aim, significance and content of researching and developing reimbursement management system for college department under network environment by researching deeply and roundly the application of financial softwares and the construction of finance informatization in some colleges and universities. On the basis of conducting a fully investigation and research for college accounting and financial management, also with the combination of learning theoretical knowledge about accounting, financial management and software engineering, it conducts comprehensive and detailed analyses of the functional requirements for reimbursement management system under network environment and designs of some functional modules of the system. The innovation of this dissertation is the information of funds reimbursement and data statistics can be generated automatically and directly by submitting original documents such as borrowing vouchers and expense reports online. Moreover, the main research achievement is that it proposes new ideas and reference for further research of reimbursement management system for college department under network environment.
