The Design And Realization Of Teaching Materials Management System Based On WEB

With more and more construct and using of network of colleges and universities and the development of the exploiture technology on computer software.The application system base on B/S in educational administration management is developed and used effectively to enhance work efficiency and predigest work flow.The management of teaching material is part of teaching in colleges and universities. With the developing of education system reform, model of the tradition with using handwork is challenged on management of teaching material.For example, inaccurate in the material-booking of each department,unclear about the making use of the teaching materials to teacher, can't query about information of fees to student, and the incomplete recording of providing teaching materials to students. How to improve work's efficiency using modem tools and technology .It is quite necessary develop such a proper and suitable management software.This thesis indicate problem of management of teaching material on model of the tradition with using handwork and offer a whole solving scheme by analyzing the characteristics of the management of teaching material in colleges and universities and tradition management mode.Here is what has been done in this paper.1. Analyzed the present situation in the management of teaching material in colleges and universities as well as the problems that need to be solved immediately.2. Studied the characteristics of the management of teaching material of my college.3. Based on the characteristics of the management of teaching material of my college, this thesis analyzed the requirement management of teaching material. It has also studied the system design and system realization.4.This thesis compared the two modes that construct the network system structure--B/S Mode and C/S Mode, and put forward using B/S mode on the management of teaching material of my college. The system adopt ASP.NET as a flat, UML,C# as tools ,MS SQL SERVER 2000 as the data management center.The whole system is has perfect function, operating agility and friendly interface. As well as ensuring security and satisfy all the needs of management of teaching material .
