The multimedia aided teaching with computer technology as the core has got unprecedented development. The development and application of multimedia teaching courseware have been increasingly valued by the educators and the publishing department. With more and more excellent multimedia teaching courseware and quality courses, various kinds of multimedia courseware materials are also widely applied.Firstly, it makes the overview of CAI development and the multimedia teaching courseware application background. Under this research background, it proposes the research question and briefly describes the research thought and research method.Secondly, it makes comparison for the multimedia teaching courseware materials on the market now. Then combining with the investigation for the subject teachers' use situation for the multimedia teaching courseware materials, it makes analysis for the popular technology reflected in the multimedia teaching courseware materials, mainly targeted for the contents including the subject, etc to discuss the relevant questions of the subject teachers'use situation for the multimedia teaching courseware materials. Secondly, it makes analysis for the current research situation for 3D teaching cartoon to draw the application feature and advantage of 3D technology in the subject to provide the necessity and feasible analysis for the integration of 3ds max software and the multimedia teaching courseware materials.Thirdly, taking the void integration of 3ds max software and the multimedia teaching courseware materials as the entry point, depending on the comparison analysis among part 3ds max software materials, it concludes and sorts out the general model chosen in the common cases in 3ds max software materials and the general model designed in the formulation process of cases in the materials and the formulation principle of the course and video course, etc to provide theory and practice support for how to achieve the application of 3ds max software cases. Next, based on the design model of the sorted case selection and formulation process, it is to add the relevant supporting learning strategy and build new formulation model in the formulation process. Based on this, it is to design the formulation content of the subject case, including the text materials and video teaching video in the case formulation, etc.Finally, this paper concludes the research achievement and contribution, and proposes the existing problem in the research and the further research direction thus to provide the further conception and practice for the materials with integration of 3D technology and the multimedia teaching courseware.
