Research On Exhibition And Trade System For NC Machine Tools And Accessories Based On 3D Technology

Based on a mass of practices and the research of scholars, combining the actual conditions of enterprises, this paper integrates the computer networking technology, the database technology and the secondary development on SolidWorks. It researches and designs the exhibition and trade system for NC machine tools and accessories based on 3D technology. In this paper, some work as the researches of design mode, networking database design and secondary development on SolidWorks is presented, and the setup of a new type of system of NC machine tools and accessories exhibition and trade based on 3D technology is put forward.In the paper, on the basis of studying theories of exhibition and trade system of each period and its developing trend, it presents the theoretical system of exhibition and trade based on 3D technology, and the deployment of client-side and server-side is elaborated systemically, thus establishes the theoretic system of the system. Furthermore, around reliability, security, controllability, easy-using, expandability and maintenance, it brings forward the implementing method and process of it.In the part of generating system of 3D part drawings, it details the system structure and the process of realization. On the basis of theory of secondary development based on SolidWorks, the paper researches the SolidWorks system models and the properties and methods of SolidWorks objects.Finally, in the part of system development and realization, the paper researches and designs the key technologies which include the principle of designing database, the application of XML in database design, the full-text searching technology, ADO.NET and the interface program method during the system development. It also presents UI design.
