Steel used in every aspect of our world as a whole marketable resources. In order to prevent unnecessary waste, manufacturers pay attention to every step of the process. Cutting in the manufacturing process is particularly important element. Because in the process of cutting steel due to mechanical vibration or other reasons often transmitted from orbit. Cutting causes of rejects, brought huge economic losses. To avoid cutting steel from transmission orbit as a result of waste. steel cutting system will be equipped with automatic rectify deviation system. The steel is now automatic rectify deviation system introduced in the 1980s, most of these systems are aging. and microprocessor control systems used in the design, such as a small amount of chips, running slow, expanded less difficult to adapt to the real-time control system; and the signal detection. used as a photodiode detector, due to its own properties, so low detection sensitivity.In this paper, based on TMS320LF2407 steel automatic rectify deviation system design and implementation and the algorithm, as well as the shortcomings of the existing system to improve the program.The system is based on Linear Array TCD1206UD for detecting sensor, produced by Texas Instruments and used motor control system to control TMS320LF2407 ASIC core. Cutting this system has high accuracy and fast, and strong real-time, multi-function expansion such advantages to the country's economic reform is of great significance.
