This thesis focuses on the photoelectric detect technology, especially the linear CCD and photoelectric sensing technology. On the base of wide and in-depth theoretic study, simulation and experiment of them, the intelligence detect method of linear CCD is discussed and theoretic research about the application of intelligence detect method of linear CCD and sensor on typographical mark photoelectric detect is done. At the same time, an Automatic Gain Control and floating threshold setting intelligent detecting and processing method based on linear CCD is proposed, and the disposal and transform of CCD video signal is carried out by hardware and software. The designed circuit includes amplifier-filter circuit, AGC circuit and floating threshold setting circuit mainly. Besides, application development of PIC series microcomputer used in photoelectric signal process and transform is done by ICExplorer series simulator produced by WAVE company in this thesis. Making use of the assorted ICExplorer integration debug soft, program about the photoelectric signal processing and transform of PIC16C73B model microcomputer is compiled to realize the AID transform and photoelectric signal disposal and transform function of CCD output signal. Lastly, a photoelectric detect and correct deviation control experiment table is designed, in which the performance of the linear CCD intelligent detect method and sensor we have studied in this thesis is tested. Experiment and simulation show that they have good performance and can satisfy the intelligence detect requirement of typographical mark well. Results verify the effectiveness and utility of the intelligence detect method.
