After the general analysis of both the domestic and international research, 3D body scanning control system and image collection system are designed on basis of motion control and image collection theory as well as 3D digital technology.The expected experiment result is aqired and thus the correctness of this system is proved.The main work and innovation are as follows:1. A laser 3D body scanning control system comprising computer-motion controller-driver-electric motor is designed.The synchronous control of seperate multi-axil scanning system is achieved, and the quality of the system is proved.2. 3D body scanning image collection systems is designed. Synchronization of images that are collected with 8 cameras is obtained by using software,and then the requirment of the system is satisfied .3. By matching the 3D body scanning system with the image collection system, dynamic scanning and image sampling are synchronized. The control software is also implemented. Through all this, scanning and image sampling are under unified control.4. The electrical control cabinet is designed, and processing and system commissioning are conducted on the entire system. This system is tested with head image model and body model. The test verifies the system availibility and can meet the usage requirements. The test lays a foundation for future data match and 3D digital modelling. The test results meet up to the expectations.
