In actual application environment such as industry,national defence,the angle measurement of two non-uniplanar lines may come across,under the large-scale space condition(as the distance of the two lines above 7m) in scene. Since the common measuring basis is difficult to build as the two measurands are more distant apart and the big workpiece is difficult to move or turn over in measuring process,it is difficult to measure. If using the tradition coordinate measuring method,the machine is big, price is expensive and it can't satisfy the scene measure. Analyzing the measuring mission,this dissertation proposes that with a bunch of fixed linear structured light and the measuring plane to construct a reference system. In this system,using two CCDs whose principal axis are parallel and vertical with the measuring plane to shoot,then measuring the angle with vision inspection and image processing techniques. This method is conveniently to measure, has uniform reference,high precision and efficiency. The apparatus has small volume,light weight, easy to carry,suitable using in scene and the cost is low,easy to extend.According to the characteristic and requirement of the measuring mission and the measuring scheme,the primary tasks have three parts as follow:The part of hardware:select and buy experiment instrument,build the experiment platform.The part of software:compile the program of image acquisition,image processing and data processing.The part of experiment:do repeatability experiments and error analysis.
