The advancement of recent computer technology, computer industry is now developing into integration and large-scale from traditional work shop. Software platform carries out the industrialization of software development. The system analysis still keep adopting the traditional work method, so how to convert system analysis into industrialization and how to make system analyse no longer begin with zero are the two core issues faced by the development software.The paper integrates SSADM (Structured System Analysis and Design Method), advanced object-oriented system architecture design theory and the most recent theories of reusable software, and presentes a new solution to solve the two core issues.Develop a new analysis platform, which uses the control theory of SSADM to carry out the user model and require model to system model. Using XML language as the description language of various models in the system, so independently with any application technology, the platform can describe the business requirement. According to OOAD, the analysis platform makes use of UML to discribe analyse model from various angles and various diagrams, so the developers are easy to comprehend. The buiness data object of the platform is abstracted from various models, and implements database access by operating objects.The analysis platform not only integrates SSADM and OOAD, but also uses business reuse technology which is the member of reusing theory. Then the analyse platform can reuse the analysis result of other project, so it shortens the period of software development, and accelerates the development of the software. The analysis platform makes use of XML technology to carry out business reserve and reuse, and the platform also adopts a kind of definition to achieve the customers'specific requirements.
