With the development of the native dairy industry, the corporations attach much importance to the product quality with the purpose of enhancing competitiveness, so the fast and exact detection of the total amount of bacteria in the milk becomes to be the stress. At present, the great mass of the corporations do the detection with the original experimental methods or by the imported equipments, and these methods take much time or cost much money. In this paper, I consult the various detecting methods, and I import the embedded system to redesign the image collection system of the instrument for the detection of the total amount of bacteria in milk. In this design, LPC2148 is the core of the whole hardware system, and LPC2148 transmits the data collected by OV7620 to the personal computer by its USB controller. TheμC/OS-II is the software platform of the system, and I develop the bottom driver and the application procedures based on it. Redesign the image collection system of the instrument for the detection of the total amount of bacteria in milk is the main task, the work is as follows:1.The method based on the color-changing feature of resazurin and the theoretical model are discussed theoretically in this thesis, and the mathematical model is made by experiments between the color-changing feature of resazurin and the total amount of bacteria in milk.2.Design the hardware of instrument which includes the design of the core control circuit based on LPC2148, the image collection circuit and the USB interface circuit.3.Design the bottom driver and the application procedures based on the platform ofμC/OS-II, the application program is divided into image collection and data transmission which are controlled byμC/OS-II.On the basis of the above work, the design of a compact and applied image collection system which has the function of image collection and data transmission is complete.
