| The total amount of milk bacteria detection technologies that we use at present exist some disadvantages, such as detection period is too long and operation is too complex. And majority of which are operated in laboratory, and call for very strict about operation condition and operator's technique. It appears many portable advanced detection machines, which are fast and easy-operating, but they are too expensive and detection expense is too high. There are only about ten large dairy enterprises in china using such machines in their detections.In view of this situation, based on embedded application technology and computer application technology, on study of the principle of color difference, it discuss a sort of detection method according to gray data change and gives the total amount of milk detection system analysis and design in this thesis. This paper makes further development about theory of color difference. Using Methylene Blue as indicator, it utilizes the gray information change data that contained in milk's color to build model of total amount of milk bacteria and gray data. Experience indicates that the model bases on gray data has less error and better linearity than the model bases on RGB data. The system uses 32 bit ARM processor, which is faster than 8 bit singlechip used before. Introducing embedded operation system when it takes software designing. After theμC/OS-II operation system is transplanted into detection system, which decreases the difficulties of system's software designing, whether the real-time of interrupt-handling or the stability and reliability of system have been improved.Taking into account the cost and detection periods when this system is designed, it takes the middling and small dairy enterprises as it's customers. The goal is to convenient for their detecting the total amount of raw milk bacteria , put an end to the disqualification raw milk from headstream, and decrease the times of milk poisoning happening. In view of the potential customers of the detection system, it has broad market prospects. |
