Food hygiene and safety issues have become a hot social issues, the attendant safety testingneeds urgent meet, and food microbiology and bacterial contamination is particularlyimportant. The current detection techniques mainly depend on traditional classical plateculture counting method, and rapid detection method that is culture-free measurements.Classic method of counting accuracy, with high reliability and low cost, it is still themainstream detection programs, However, in certain situations, obviously, the traditionalmethods of the48-hour culture can not meet the demand of the need for timely draw healthpollution, and bacteria training needs professional and technical operation, and can not doextensive popularity. Rapid detection method has solved the problem of time constraints, theresults can be obtained within hours or minutes, thereby, we can make the analysis of thepollution status in a timely manner. Rapid detection method is substantially the combination ofbiochemistry knowledge and the field of electronic and mechanical, the degree of integrationwill increases the simply in instrument operation. The detection method of the research isbased on ATP bioluminescence technology, the technology originated in the last century,although the method is well established, but the practical application of the product is notmature. Now more emerging biotechnology, genetic technology and sensor technology forother detection programs, most of them still in the laboratory stage, for product application, aswell as have the period of time.ATP bioluminescence technology is the primary method of detecting microbial/bacterialsurvival and environmental health conditions, because any biological need ATP to provideenergy, so the detection of ATP can get a complete, reliable health situation analysis. On thedetection time and technical operations, ATP bioluminescence technology has moreadvantages than the traditional classical culture, and integrity testing for the biological genetechnology popular in recent years. The new emerging biotechnology (that is for a certaintargeted the type of bacteria/microorganisms, segment-specific gene or protein substances), has the difficulty to meet the need of field of multi-type complex detection.This article has described ATP bioluminescence technology and the product developmentprocess, the analysis of the domestic and international trends and existing products, as well asthe main content of the study design. The article overall describe the part of the completedetection system, as well as some of the design ideas. Sampling on biological, chemical andsamples, deployment reagents knowledge are only the brief description, the main contents ofthis issue focus on the design part, the weak signal detection system.Wherein, the completion and accuracy in weak signal acquisition directly affects the result ofthe reliability of the subject, using a high sensitivity photomultiplier tube (PMT) as theacquisition optical signal acquisition device that overall under sealed conditions. Taking intoaccount the interference of external light, the fluorescent calibration module is schemed. PMTvoltage signal is fed to the enlargement processing, and then, the output is sent to the ADconversion, and the final results are shown on the LCD12864, while the detection data arestored in the external storage. According to the signal processing requirements, we designedthe circuit (Voltage signal processing and display), and selected the appropriate componentsand determined their parameters. Complete the signal process mapping, and simulation, andanalysis of the error correction appeared. After determining the output, the PCB parameter isboard mapping. Finally, we made the production of PCB board, and the soldered components,to conducting field tests.The signal processing unit of this article is the core module of the entire detection system, itdetermines the detection accuracy of the system. Current products on the market, are alsomore interesting focus on this regard to improve the detection accuracy, the product base onthe current ATP detection technology is still relatively need high technical requirements, alongwith the development of science and technology, the ATP bioluminescence technology-basedproducts will be more user-friendly, and easy to operate, the cost of application will bereduced, and the production based on current burgeoning detection method will beyond thelaboratory. Future, the detection of bacterial and microbial contamination, will become aordinary part of everyday life, to really solve the health security issues.
