Feikui Lu was not only a famous educator, but also a great publisher in the history. He had served hard forty years on society and thirty eight years on publishing. His life was great and energetic for Chinese advancement in many aspects including improving Chinese publishing, spreading Chinese civilization and science, and reforming Chinese education.Since Chung Hwa Book Co.Ltd was established, Feikui Lu had devoted all his energies to its publishing management. He led Chung Hwa Book Co.Ltd to overcome many difficulties and gain successful publishing management. Feikui Lu, being a publisher patriotism idea, located his publishing foundation at education publication definitely. He pursued all the time to develop culture and education in management, and in turn to develop industrial management in culture and education. The primal up-growth of Chung Hwa Book Co.Ltd, to a large extent, profited from the alternation of the national regime, which brought publishing opportunity. But it had to say that Feikui Lu was in the right way in management for the second status in the publishing field for the long years.When conducting the press, he not only continuously enriched the publishing experience, but also formed his special publishing management thought, which contains the publishing thoughts, the publishing management strategy, the issue marketing views, the publishing personnel management, the professional ethics and so on.This thesis is based on the current studies of Feikui Lu and used an approach to analyze the Feikui Lu's original articles and other scholars' related researches. Hence, we can refine Lu's publishing management thoughts from his publishing practice. Meanwhile, we obtain its successful practical significant which includes many necessary qualities for the present publisher such as conducting masterly the press marketing with responsibility for human's culture, the putting a high premium on developing professional ethics, avoiding the unhealthy competition by adopting active innovation, attaching great importance to publishing personnel management and so on.
