Nowadays,with the development of science and technology, practical conctrl problems can not completely solved by automation technology. Human beings play an important role in control systems. The characteristic of human beings is that they have strong abilities in handling emergent or stochastic events, fuzzily Inferencing, creating and judging. The task which can not or are very difficult to be accomplished by machines can be completed by human beings. The role that human plays in production logistics systems determines the cost and the efficiency of systems, and therefore determines the cost of products. Therefore, studying the application problems of man-machine cooperation in production logistics systems has very important theoretical significance and engineering value. In this paper, human-machine cooperation, the establishing of man-machine cooperation model in production logistics systems and the realization of the system model is mainly studied. Its main contents includes the following aspects.Researching human-machine cooperation from production logistics systems, firstly, the definition and classification of man-machine cooperation is given out, the characteristics of human and machine are compared, the suitable works for human and machines are analysed, and the key technologys of the modes and methods of human-machine cooperation, human-machine information coupling, human-machine interface are researched. Then according to the anterior research on general man-machine cooperation and analysis on each step in production logistics systems, the key technologys of man-machine cooperation in production logistics systems are studied on the methods of man-machine cooperation, human-machine information coupling, human-machine interface and human-machine division.For establishing the model of human-machine cooperation in production logistics systems, the functions of production logistics system are subdivided, and the function modules are formed based on the similarity of function and the concentration of data processing. Then the concept model of human-machine cooperation in production logistics systems is established, in which every function module is an Agent. In order for more clearly describing the model, analyzing the relationship and internal data processing of Agents, Petri net is used to describe the relationship and the internal data processing of Agents, which forms the Petri Net detailed model of human-machine cooperation in production logistics systems based on Agent.The software platform of human-machine cooperation in production logistics systems is realized based on previously established using Java and VC++ 6.0 as the programming tools, Access as background database, and Jade as the running platform of Agent.In order to verify the correctness and reachability of the system model, two simulation examples on accomplishing machining process and dynamic scheduling by human-machine cooperation and a semi-physical simulation example on assisting AGV getting rid of unreachable region of path are made according to the condition of production logistics lab inour school.
