As a main economic hinterland, container terminal has importantcontribution to development the regional economy,and improve people’s living standard. Thedevelopment of information technology greatly promoted the development of port logistics.National port cargo throughput keeps increasing year by year.The national port cargothroughput have been more than100billion and the national container terminal have been1.62billion at the end of2011.Vigorous development trend of port logistics industry hasbrought enormous opportunities for development of port logistics industry.But it has make theport logistics industry more competitive. It not only requires companies of ports to constantlyupdate its equipments, but also improves their production operation.Infrastructure as a kind ofhardware facilities you also just need to put a certain amount of money, but as a kind of softenvironment, production operation in improvement and enhancement needs certain methodsand techniques. This thesis mainly research port logistics production.The main content of theresearch has the following several aspects:(1) Mainly production process of container port logisticsThis thesis mainly takes up research from the perspective of the container port logisticsproduction.including production process of unloading,production process ofloading,production process of picking up container, production process of collectingcontainer. Consider the object, the action of object, and action sequence. Establish the mainproduction flow chart.(2) The study of Petri net modeling technologyIn this thesis, we analyzed the Petri net modeling method and Petri net modelingtechnology.which has a great advantage on the analysis of discrete dynamic events.It canshow the dynamic and complex events through intuitive and simple graphical display and caneffectively describe the concurrency, conflict, the phenomenon such as synchronization whichis a kind modeling method, of description of discrete and dynamic event. This thesis mainlyanalyzed the Petri net modeling methods and modeling techniques and studied the analysismethod of Petri nets. Improve the theoretical basis for Petri net modeling of containerterminal production.(3)The application of Petri net modelingBy combining Petri net modeling technology and method, builded the Petri modeling ofthe mainly four production process of container terminal. Base on the basis of four kinds of production process of container terminal,build the corresponding relationship between objectof production process and place of Petri net and object movement and the change of Petri nets,and consider the priority of each object and activities, so as to establish a Petri net model, atthe end considered the feature of model, the results showed that the modeling have activityboundedness and accessibility.
