With the continuous development of technology,enterprises are constantly pursuing fully automated and unmanned,but in fact,fully automated technology does not completely solve all the problems in the system.Human-machine collaboration is still an important form of the moment and for some time in the future.Through human participation,it is possible to make up for the problems of the human-machine system caused by the lack of function of the machine.In the human-machine system,there are problems such as unreasonable distribution of product production entities and unreasonable selection of human-machine coordination methods.For the problems of the human-machine system,this paper has carried out some research for the problems existing in the human-machine system,in order to find a suitable task allocation plan and human-machine collaboration strategy to improve the overall production capacity of the human-machine system.From the perspective of the rational allocation of tasks of the human-machine system,firstly provided the definition of human-machine coordination,the comparison of man-machine functions,and the way of man-machine coordination,then analyze the work that people and machines are suitable.Since in the man-machine system,the same station can produce different products and the production time is different,the ability of production personnel to produce different products at different stations is also different.In the case of existing papers involving the selection of production personnel in the human-machine system,only consider technical level factors,refer to the concept of competency in human resources,definition of capabilities in project management and the Frederic model,combine technical level,experience and personal qualities,the concept of job competence is proposed which as a quantitative indicator of the choice of production personnel.On this basis,a human-machine collaborative task assignment model is established,which details the data of the task after the task arrives,and analyze,decompose,and rationally assign tasks.Then select the detailed steps of optimal solution according to the target constraints in all reasonable solutions and put forward the strategy of the human-machine designated collaboration,human-machine part of the independent cooperation,human-machine fully independent cooperation.Finally,this paper uses the object-oriented Petri net to model the human-machine system,takes the S enterprise human-machine system as an example,verification of the effectiveness and practicability of the program and rules.According to the example,compared with the human-machine specified collaboration strategy,the humanmachine independent cooperation strategy can quickly respond to the change of orders,has better flexibility,and is more suitable for the production of multi-batch small-scale human-machine systems.It adapts to the needs of China's enterprise human-machine system,and has certain reference value for enterprises to choose product production subject and human-machine cooperation strategy.
