With the rapid development of China's economic construction and the deepening of the urbanization process,change the way of economic development in our country,the adjustment of economic structure has achieved significant results.But after the outbreak of the global financial crisis since the end of 2008,The government to expand domestic demand to invest 4 trillion yuan for public transportation,infrastructure,ecological environment construction and people's livelihood engineering projects,and then to carry out the transportation infrastructure,all kinds of roads,ports,Bridges,tunnels,etc,These measures provide basic engineering machinery industry the development of the historic opportunity,China's construction machinery industry began to leapfrog growth trend.Under the premise that the market share must be more and more enterprises begin to enter the industry emerging markets.But because the basic engineering machinery industry is high concentration,circle focus,joint relationship obvious characteristics,In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,how to rapidly improve the enterprise production efficiency and benefit,increase the enterprise market competitiveness to become the most concern and need to solve the problem.Engineering machinery products is more heavy,large machinery manufacturing enterprises,its assembly manufacturing process involves a large amount of material distribution and flow.Because of its complex,dynamic and stochastic production line features,using the mathematics analytic method is hard to description of the whole production line fully,therefore cannot accurately the production logistics of the production line are analyzed and optimized.Petri nets to formal mathematical methods for support,with the advantages of visual graphics to describe,and visual simulation technology,adaptability and other characteristics,To solve such problems opens up a new perspective.In this paper,from two aspects of modeling and simulation in engineering machinery manufacturing enterprise production logistics management and optimization problems were studied.First,the paper introduces the research background and significance,content,and the domestic and foreign scholars in the related fields of research are introduced and compared;Secondly,this paper introduces the production logistics,Petri net and Witness simulation technology and other relevant theoretical knowledge,laid a solid theoretical foundation for follow-up study;After that,on basis of Xuzhou construction machinery co.,LTD.Production logistics environment has carried on the comprehensive analysis,found the problems of enterprise production logistics,and proposed the corresponding solution measures;then,the case of Petri net systems model is established,and the accuracy of the model are analyzed;finally,the Petri net model on Witness simulation platform and run into a simulation model,by analyzing the operation output found unreasonable case assembly line such as staffing,personnel work efficiency low,and put forward the optimization advice,simulation model of operation optimization,By comparing the simulation output results before and after optimization,according to the optimized production line production efficiency increased by 55.2%.In this paper,the research shows that Petri net modeling and simulation method of combining the Witness platform for complex,dynamic good description and analysis on the production system,and through observing and analyzing the running state of visual simulation model and simulation output result,can be fully identified the bottleneck problems existing in production logistics system,help enterprises to low-cost,safe,fast and accurate for the optimization of production process,improve production efficiency,ultimately improve the market competitiveness of enterprises purposes.
