With the rapid development of the economy in our country, the function of logistics in the manufacturing industry enterprises became more and more important. Because the research of the logistics started very late in our country, many enterprises think little of it, and the logistics is also a complex thing in the manufacturing industry, establishing a reasonable logistics control system is a difficult problem and needs urgently to solve at present.Because the Petri net can describe intuitionally system characteristics, such as the system's dynamic, asynchronous, concurrent and so on, it very suits to describe the Discrete Event Dynamic System (DES) such as logistics system. To begin with, the paper describes several basic production processes about interior logistics of the manufacturing enterprises and establishes the Petri net logistics models of production system separately, such as Petri net logistics model of the pull type, Petri net logistics model of the push type, the Petri net logistics model of production-runs type, the Petri net logistics model of multi-product assembly line type and so on. Then, designs a synthetically reference model of controlling logistics in an enterprise connected with the technology of network information, and analyzes the system behavior of the model. In view of the complex of the Petri net in the system models, the paper adopts the Predicate/Transition and the colored Petri net modeling methods to describe the complex system, which makes the several complex models become simply in production process. Then analyzes and describes in detail the reference models with the predicate /Transition and the colored Petri net, and discusses respective fit and unfit quality of the two methods, finally a concrete application example was given to simulate the colored Petri net modelThe innovation of the paper is establishing the Petri net logistics models for the several basic production processes in the manufacturing industry, adopting the seniorPetri net to simplify the complex Petri net models, giving the synthesis reference models of manufacturing industry and the predicate/Transition system models and colored Petri net models, introducing the condition arc and the suppression to describe and solve the problems of the stock control. In addition, the paper brings forward the corresponding simulation inference algorithm and gives an example for the simulation inference algorithm.
