Study And Application Of Fieldbus-Network Technology In The 1250mm Cold Tandem Mill Control Systems

With the fast development of China's economy and the increment of requirement of steel, it gives a good opportunity for the development of steel. Rolling industrial gradually develops from the distributed control system to the network control system of the present stage. The development of computer science, fieldbus and automatic control technology provides technique guarantee for high quality of products.Based on reading a large number of references, the paper gives the fieldbus–network configuration of five stands cold tandem mill with the specific project. Firstly, this paper mainly introduces the development of cold rolling control system. According to the requirement of controlment and communication of the cold rolling automatic control system, it indicates the significance and main research content of the topic. Secondly, this paper introduces the communication theoretical foundation of cold tandem mill fieldbus control network. Based on the overall performance requirements and the configuration on hardware and software of the 1250mm cold tandem mill control system, the issue of fieldbus selection is discussed deeply in this chapter. We give the control scheme of the project– the integration of Profibus and industrial Ethernet. At the same time we analysis the real-time and give the feasibility measures for anti-interference of the system. At the end of the paper, it shows the debugging results in the field and sums up it.With the use of fieldbus and Ethernet, the automation control system of rolling production process realizes the distribution and network of field devices, ensures the rapid and reliable of data transmission, strengthens the connection between field control and the upper control management and lays a good data foundation for rolling high-quality strip.
