With the continuous advancement of national economy and increasing living standards, Low Carbon, Energy Conservation, Environmental Protection and Economy has become the theme of economic development in China. In the field of heating eara development, Central Heating is becoming the main trend of Nation Heating. The article is based on the migration and transformation of Heat Exchange Station in some community. The original small boiler room in all units will be transformed into Heat Exchange Station, used for centralized heat supply to users, whose heat source is provided by one or more thermal power plants and large district heating boiler in the area outside.The article is based on analyzing the principles of heating supply implementation during the time of moving back and transformation of a residential district in Dalian City and designing the control system.Heat Exchange Station is an adjustable hub to connect the heat exchange,heat distribution, and system monitoring between the first network and secondary network. The Heat Exchange Station has complished to obtain heat source through a heat exchanger, which conducts closed heat exchange between the first network channels of source in heat power plant and the secondary network channels of heat users, bring the whole secondary network system cycle through the circulation pump, which overcome the resistance of the secondary network loop, supply water to the secondary network and maintain constant pressure by water supply pump. In order to solve the previous problem of high consuming of energy,serious pollution,low efficiency and so on. The article presents to use of the PLC, frequency converter touch screenand the control valveto achieve constant temperature and pressure after analyzing the working principle of the Heat Exchange Station. The main designing principle of the project is based on PLC,HMI control scheme and the PID regulatory function,which can effectively control the control valve and can get the circulation pump and water supply pump to realise frequency conversion control to save energy; in addition,the use of Heat Exchange Station in real-time for equipment monitoring and control on site not only greatly improve efficiency and reduce the failure rate, but also make the control process more intuitive and easier.By the on-site debugging proved that such a designed Heat Exchange Station is stable and easy to control,and also have a high precision regulation and good energy-saving effect.
