Based on in-depth analysis about fuel management service and in correlation theories, unified to the Huaneng Group dalat power plant actual investigation and study situation designs and develops the power plants fuel management information system. The key point realizes the control of power plants fuel management cost, and the fuel managed cost closed-loop control mainly through the fuel purchase, the fuel enters the factory, the fuel quality control and the fuel cost analysis. The system is based on the J2EE technology and Web the Services technology and so on, unifies mathematical model of the supplier choice and the cost analysis, as well as the RIFD technology realizes the control to the fuel managed cost aspect.
