It is very important to study the vibration monitoring analysis and fault diagnosis of equipment. A Windows-based system of vibration analysis and fault diagnosis of equipment is developed with the C++ program language. The structure, functions, and property of the system are presented. The method of database design based on the tree structure is studied. According to theories and methods of database design, the measurement information function based on the tree structure is put forward by the technique of active data object (ADO), object oriented programming and thread technology in the fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment. The system is very practical and all-purpose, especially in data management, vibration analysis and fault diagnosis for gear and roll bearing. |
