Remote Monitor And Fault Diagnosis Based On PLC

Programmal Logic Controller(PLC) is a kind of universal industrial apparatus which is developed rapidly and used widely in recent years, taking microprocessor as its core, integrating microcomputer technology, automation technology and communication technology.The technology of state monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment has made great progress in and out of our country, that plays an important role in ensuring the equipments for their safe running, stable, long term, the development of computer and network technology has it practical for the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis based on internet, which contributes much to this traditional technology, controling signals, operating states and fault datas are delivered to experts or remote expert system by network then the results can be send back, thereby the transferring of data is achieved through the network.The thesis adopts FX2N-PLC as major control system, designs zero-speed automatic splicer's software of control system by making use of ladder figure program, the function of logical operation and data processing of PLC , and hardware of control system by getting through of I/O, A/D, D/A module, the dissertation specially studies communication mechanism of PLC and designs a monitor and manager program for the communication between PLC and upper PC by using of communication units, as a result, the control system has the ability of remote monitor and manager.at last, we applied the expert system theory of artificial intelligence to zero-speed automatic splicer' s controller fault test system, analayzed the application of expert system in auto-test field,and designed the expert system of fault test for zero-speed automatic splicer's controller.The zero-speed automatic splicer' s remote control system has applied in practice, Practical application shows the controller is convenient and utilitarian,but the fault diagnosis system is in the stage of developing, and still not been verified by practice.
