The thesis takes the Info Hub & ODS project of Ping Company as example, providing a preferable scheme of the insurance data integration. The scheme is processed by introducing the Insurance Application Architecture of IBM and the technology of Information Hub and Business Intelligence. The whole process starts with choosing the methods of data integration and ends up with satisfying users' needs by the combination of Business Intelligence.This scheme introduces and amends the Insurance Application Architecture which makes the architecture of data flexible and makes it easy for the architecture of data to adapt to the change of external enviroment. The using of the technology of Information Hub solves the information silo problem. Moreover, the using of Business Intelligence achieves the potential of the massive insurance data.The research and execution of this scheme which solves the problems that exist between IT services and the business of the company has positive effect on insurance industry. Furthermore, it will be benefitial to all of us to make the insurance industry more normative and to make the product of insurance industry more suitable for the market demand. In a word, it can advance the development of the insurance industry of our country.After introducing the background of IT industry of insurance overseas for the main purport of this theme, firstly, this thesis will design the schema of the whole project which are correlative with data integration and the constructing of BI. From charter 3 to charter 6, this thesis will take the Info Hub & ODS project of Ping Company as example to expatiate on the content of charter 2, including the requirement analysis of the project and the design of the integral architecture etc.
