Internet, as the fourth medium, had development 12 years in China. In 1994, China started an Internet infrastructure construction. After 14 years, China has fully entered the age of the Internet. Internet industry is rapidly developing in China. As a new media on the Internet, along with the development of Internet technology, e-magazine started noticed by researchers. In recent years the study of e-magazine was a hot topic. With the advent of the Internet Web2.0 era. the network magazine welcomed gradually by netizen.2005 was referred to as "blog year", while in 2006, the e-magazine become a hot issue which was focused by media this year, attracted a large number of venture investment in one moment. In 2007, this year was also known as "the first year of the individual magazines." In these changing the titles, we can see e-magazine rapidly developed. In the current what kind of living space, e-magazine just had? Will encounter any kind of problem? In the face of the issue, how should we face and resolve? This is precisely the focus of attention in this paper.The first part of this article is about some concepts of E-Magazine. By the second part of this paper, the development of background and status of E-Magazine were being discussed. Typical cases of E-magazine will be appeared in the second part. The third part of this paper refers problems that will encounter in future and development prospects.
