Research On Courseware Development Procedure Standard

The courseware is a kind of computer software which was designed according to the teaching goal under the guidance of certain study theory, reflect the tactics of a certain teaching content. Network courseware is a kind of auxiliary teaching software made up of a series of knowledge units , it implements to be relatively intact of teaching. With the flourishing of network study and network university, the network courseware based on Internet/Intranet distance learning environment replaces the traditional unit multimedia courseware, it is the trend of the courseware in the future.With the enlargement of the courseware development, how to standardize the courseware developing procedure, improve the efficiency of developing, improve the quality of the courseware , become an outstanding problem. As to this, Shanghai Cadre's On-line Study City has adopted the mechanism wrapped up outside to promote the efficiency of developing through the cooperative way, and to improve the quality of the courseware. After adopting the development form wrapped up outside ,it must adopt the management of standardizing in the procedure of developing progress, there should be a relevant reference standard in the development result to every procedure , thus guarantee the developing quality.This text develops the research project of the courseware procedure as the backing with Shanghai Cadre's On-line Study City, set about from the current situation. It has studied the definition of the courseware and its evaluation criterion at first, then carried on the investigation on the current situation of courseware development, both on practice and documents. It has defined the main problem that the courseware development exists finally. Then, the author analysed and drawn lessons from soft project and work-flow, then summarize the general procedure suitable for outsourcing. Further, this research learned from the abstract model in learning design and summarized the abstract model of courseware development model. And, on this basis, it have analysed and summarized the information models in each stages of courseware development procedure. Finally, it apply this norm to the development of Shanghai Cadre's On-line Study City courseware development procedure controlling platform. This has achieved the purpose that the theory is applied into practice.
