In the process of higher vocational education popularization, the quality problems become the spotlight with the number's expansion. To achieve the sustainable development of higher vocational education, the coordinate development of school size and teaching quality should be focused, and the appropriate and diversified quality views of higher vocational education must be established. Based on the teaching evaluation to each vocational college once every 5 years, the problems such as data not easy to share and query inconvenience appear in the teaching data management, and some data managements lack informatization, networking and automation.In this thesis, an information management system of browser/server architecture for vocational college education assessment was developed. Based on the Shijiazhuang vocational college of engineering and technology meeting the teaching quality assessment on 2013, a detailed solution scheme was proposed, which can realize the dynamic monitoring in teaching process and perfect management for teaching data. It not only meets the assessment requires for vocational college, but also pushes the evolution of teaching quality.
