Missile-borne electronic data recording system is designed for retrievingtelemetry data. It performs acquisition, encoding and storage of various signa l of themissile during flight. Recovery and post-processing of telemetry data can beimplemented after the memory was retrieved. The system consists of telemetry datacollection unit, telemetry data memory, ground adapter and ground integrated testsystem.In the first part of the article, the system requirements and technical data areintroduced, the overa ll design of the system is proposed, and the implementation ofeach part is introduced in detail. Then, focus on the key technologies during theprocess of the realization of the system. Technologies used in data processing oftelemetry data collection unit, including data compression algorithm of impact signa lsand solution of integrating fixed format data streams from different signa l cards. Then,introduces anti-interference measures, design of buffer structural, irrigation andencapsulation skills used in telemetry data memory. The last part of the article refersto some research on the long-dista nce data transmission technology.A design combined optica l fiber with LVDS technology was choused . In thedesign, parallel data was converted to serial signa l by a bus LVDS seria lizer first.Then the serial signa l was converted to signa l can be identified by optica l transceivers,and transmitted to the receiving end through optica l fiber. The serial signa l wasconverted to parallel signa ls upload to the computer at last. This part introduce s thefiber optic transmission principle first. Then analyses the transmission line theory andthe termina l matching theory of high-speed circuit in detail. Basis on the theoriesrelated, the termina l impedance network of two fid ucia ry level used in the system areanalyzed and calculated. Finally, introduce s workflow of fiber-optic transmissionsystem and drive circuit.In the conclusion of the article, discusses the design of the problems and development direction for further improving.
