Hydrophone array plays a very important role in marine activities, such as offshoreoil exploration, Ocean Topography Detection, submarines and torpedo detection andso on. But this array exists a problem of line about fuzzy, this problem requires acombination of vector sensor to solve, accelerometers and sound intensity sensors areall vector sensor, so people could add one or few vector sensors in hydrophone arrayto solve the problem and improve the detection precision. Therefore, in this paper,fiber optic accelerometer and three-dimensional fiber optic sound intensity vectorsensor are used as the research object. The main contents include:(1)By using classic sound intensity theory deduced the time domain and frequencydomain sound intensity measurement method. Established a three-dimensional soundintensity sensor model to analysis measurement mechanism and the error, meanwhileput forward the corresponding improvement and compensation methods;(2)A sound intensity sensor was designed. Using it we do some experiments, theexperiment results shows sensor’s affects to the sound field were different, theexperimental data were more trusted in a larger acoustic barrel. Drawing thedirectivity figure by using the experimental data which are in40Hz and315Hz. Thedirectivity pattern of the sensor is larger than20dB and with a good orthogonality.(3)Designed a fiber reed acceleration sensor, basic mass-spring model was established.Theoretically analyzed the acceleration sensitivity and resonant rate of the sensor, andcalculated the sensor transversal crosstalk from sensor eccentric and test methods. Theexperiments verify that when the quality of mass is243.8g, the thickness of the reed is1mm, the accelerometer can reach a694.2rad/g sensitivity. According to the eccentrictheory, we calculate the eccentric angle αis3.08°, it can provide a guideline for thesensor’s manufacture.
