As the development of communication technology, optical fiber communication increasingly becomes mainstream forms of communication. Using fibers to replace cables to transmit the data, which can effectively improve data transmission speed and quality; improve resistance to electromagnetic interference; enlarge the transmission bandwidth; and increased transmission distance. Especially, the optical communication can be used to solve the problem of information leak produced by cables in the national defense system.This thesis firstly researched the remote control technology theory and the practice based on optical fiber communication technology, considering the high-speed measuring instrument television remote control needs. Then, on the study of optical fiber communication theory and correlative devices, a signal transmission circuit has been designed which can transmit the signals state high-speed television measuring instrument. Besides that, the LAN has been established which achieve the date storage between the single station and center station on the basis of the data reliability. In order to change the electric signal to optical signal and recover to electric signal, the system circuit includes analog-to-digital converter, serializer/deserializer, and digital-to-analog converter and level translators.The system presented in the thesis use the WDM mode to realize multi-signals transmitted in one fiber and designs the practical circuit .At last, the thesis gives out the accurate capabilities that are attributed to the video signal and the data signal. The experiment proves that this method is both right and practical.
