Nowadays, the EMC problems between different communication systems are widely focused on and researched. Ultra Wide Band (UWB) technique is a revolutionary wireless communication technique which is developing at full speed in the whole world in these years. Because the UWB communication system occupies a very wide frequency band where many other kinds of wireless communication systems works, including some very important wireless communication systems, used by the government or the security department, it is necessary to discuss the coexistence problem of the UWB system and other wireless communication systems, especially the EMI problem of UWB systems to the ordinary wireless communication system.The cellular mobile communication is one of the greatest evolutions during the 20 century and the research direction had turned to 3G mobile communication since the 21st century. In the 3G main specifications, the CDMA technology is mainly adopted as the access solution while the WCDMA which is based on CDMA is a very influential and widely used system in 3G Generally speaking, WCDMA system can receive the interference from the same cellular, other cellular in the same system and interference from other system. So the capacity, coverage and interference should be taken in to account totally.Based on the importance of the two communication system and the possibility of the co-existence, the research to the interference caused by both of the system is very important. The communication characteristic and mechanism of UWB and WCDMA are analyzed detailed based on the theory and the interference simulation model is established based on MATLAB/SIMULINK. The co-existence condition of the two communication system is brought forward and the anti-jamming measure is also analyzed. Finally the simulation result is researched.
