The Research And Implementation Of QoS For IP Carrying Network Of Henan Mobile

Network Convergence is a question for discussion in telecom area, which have been researched for many years. There are many books in this area. But, There isn't any successful case until today. This may be caused by manage system. But, A more important reason is the absence of perfect technology. Now, the IP carrying network will be a good technology. Of course, it must provide good QoS.This paper is target to make a good QoS for IP carrying network. All of QoS technology and network architecture is studied in this paper. A set of QoS policy is made. Also, A test for the policy is did on the IP carrying network of china mobile. The policy is proved be very effective.The QoS policy in this paper is remark packet using flow classification, This mark can be 802.11p, DSCP, EXP. Also, we use CAR to control traffic speed of custom. In backbone, we use WFQ queue to manage different traffic. Assure the bandwidth request of telecom traffic. Then assign remain bandwidth to other traffic with a fair arithmetic. This can make the important traffic get service first. In egress port, we use shaping policy to control traffic speed, Which avoiding effect application.
