Research On Problems And Solutions Of Medium Speaking Rights In Condition Of Diverse Interests Groups

Since the reform and open policy have been carried out in China, gradual promotion of market economy, the transformation of the ownership structure and the distribution system, the changes of social labor division, and the changes of interests ideals work together to the differentiation of the interests. The differentiation of the interests will inevitably bring about diversification of interests groups. The medium speaking rights is citizens' fundamental rights and request. It can provide equal chance with citizens to use medium resources. In condition of diverse intersts groups, the awareness of the medium speaking gradually increases, and there are many methods of expressing.In the meantime, there are still many problems in developing medium speaking rights, for example, the lacking medium speaking ideals, irregular behavior, the hegemony and the discrimination in medium speaking, and the irregular network environment. Based on the analysis above, this thesis proposes many measures to develope medium speaking rights from four aspects as following, to construct the relevant laws; to creat good network environment; to strengthen the role of medium; to enchance the level of organization and medium literacy of the public.
