Research And Implementation Of Tax-Relief System

With the rapid development of information technology, especially the widespread application of Internet, e-Government is becoming one of the most important areas in constructing a modern information society. As a critical part of e_Goverment, e_Tax has already achieved a certain success.To facilitate tax-relief business for taxpayers, and save time and cost of taxpayers, it is necessary to optimize the workflow of tax authorities. This paper is to deliver a research of the electronic tax-relief System.Based on the analysis of Tax-Relief business, we establish a complete set of electronic management system for Tax-Relief. Specific studies include:1. Both C/S and B/S modes. In consideration of easy upgrade and maintenance, B/S mode is used in tax related business, system maintenance and system administration. And for the background system engine, C/S mode is used since it has no GUI. Taking the full advantages of both B/S and C/S modes could be helpful in system development, maintenance, upgrade and performance.2. Code automatic generation and Intelligence Refractor. These technologies are used to shorten the development cycle. Code is generated automatically by code automatic generation tool (AutoCode Tool) that was written by myself. Refactor technology is used to improve code quality by code, method, class, file analysis.3. System Security. We use all-round strategy to improve system security. In the system planning phase, design and development phase and the operational running phase, we make full use of ASP.NET security mechanism, database control, and encryption technology to achieve a perfect web application security.4. Customized workflow. Tax-Relief system can setup customized processes according to different situations.We focus on the difference of each procedure and design a set of common database tables to save the procedures.
