In the domestic automobile Inspecting areas, a multi-site vehicle dynamic management network at all levels of business and industry department in charge of the exchange of information is an urgent requirement. Therefore, the creation of multi-site vehicle dynamic management of the network has become a top priority. The Traffic Ministry issued a "maintenance of road transport vehicles" Regulations on Management of the vehicles in the transmission of information technology management and the automation requirements. The project is carried out multi-site vehicle dynamic management of the research and development of network systems in this context.the project is on Huai'an City's management needs of the automotive background, Major researches include following aspects: achieving road transport management department of the number of vehicle inspection points of real-time data transmission and the test results automatically judgment, realizing vehicle maintenance record levels of automation and vehicle technical level assessment the automatic evaluation determining to strengthen area vehicle technology quality management and vehicle maintenance and testing stations detection of effective control, regulating transport of the law enforcement departments, putting a stop to artificial factors and achieving the transmission of information vehicles' technology management and automation.The system is Delphi as a development tool ,chooses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database management system for the background and uses software engineering methods and tools for the analysis and design of .auto detection of multi-site network management system.The system has the following functional modules: Testing Center manage, operating vehicle management, punishment management and system maintenance modules. The network design uses a LAN structure and every vehicle inspection point interconnects by telecommunication's green to realize dynamic real-time transmission of data.This system has the following innovations: Computer networks implemented on a number of transportation management and testing stations have been a number of information transmission, real-time realization of the remote transmission of data and the test results automatically judgment. Thus, the vehicle to achieve the modernization of technology management.The system has been designed.it has applied in Huai'an City of detection stations and transport departments and achieves good results.
