Development And Implementation Of Project Site Quality Inspection Management System

In the engineering quality supervision areas, along with the constant enlargement of the scale of engineering construction, engineering quality supervision meets more and more big challenge. In communication engineering site installation quality management in China, the problem is especially outstanding, each communication engineering to check the number of sites, many regional span and KPI check tedious, the traditional paper-based document management method can not achieve convenient, unity, and efficient management.Engineering site quality inspection management system is to be implemented in order to solve the above-mentioned problems and proposed. In this paper, through the information means applied to quality management process, it can complete the whole process of quality record and monitoring, improving management quality and efficiency and reducing the management cost.Firstly, through the engineering site quality inspection in the process of the function and role analysis, we combed out a site quality inspection management of the complete process, and abstract the document organization relationship, analysis and set up a general quality score model. In terms of security, we use the RBAC rights management and3DES encryption, and designed a piecewise inversion method enhanced key safety. In the specific implementation, we proposed SSH-based framework prototype system construction, and make full use of mature technology to ensure system stability, easy maintenance and easy integration.Finally, we test the system by modular method and pressure method, and test results show that the system is stable, reliable and attains to the system design requirements.
