In this thesis, the theory and application technology of intelligent inspection platform is studied, where a dynamic resource scheduling service model is designed with self learning,self evaluation and loose coupling, based on the practical characteristics of the application and the two key methods of application load balancing for weighting least connection method and business dynamic application resource are studied.Finally, a set of intelligent inspection platform with elastic expansion is realized. The handling capability of platform can realize the high throughput and high concurrent processing capability, which faces explosive growth of business by adding node linear upgrade.As a bridge for all equipment status detection and base for operation,the effect of Intelligent inspection platform construction and application will directly affect the basic network maintenance capacity of telecom operators. The platform can improve stability of network equipment, providing inspection solutions of the standard equipment and fully supporting Heilongjiang Branch of China Telecom requirements for equipment inspection to solve the inspection tasks with complex issues, new equipment, network, operation standardization.
