Research On The Key Technologies Of The Servo Motor CAPP System

Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) is a designation which is based on product design information given for the product of the processing methods and the design of the manufacturing process, it is the key of the truly integrated CIMS. This thesis,conducted a detailed study,with the contex of the actual production ,orentation to the production, in a basis for practical use and the most basic business needs as the starting point for the the Servo Motor CAPP system.Selecting Visual C + + 6.0 as the development tools of the visual front interface, with SQL Server 2000 , the background database, and using ODBC&Mirosoft Jet ,the means for connecting, on a basis of a wide range of research ,with the major parts and components of servo motor as the focus of study, it has conducted a more detailed study on the system's overall structure, the design of the CAPP relational database and a series of the system functional module, it also has conducted a deep and detailed analysis for the system structure, building a database, components description and access to information, technology decision-making logic, process and process chart generation, the data management and security, the output of the process document etc. it putted forward a Comprenhensive Description rule based on Group Technology&Spare Parts Surface Description, combining derivatives with expert system methods to generative generation process technologies. finally, the outprut of the prototype system shows that the key technology in the system is theoretically feasible and reliable.The study of the key technology is the most import part for the system development, with the research and study for the servo motor CAPP system, it can enhance the Servo motor manufacture enterprise's design technical and the process of informatization greatly.
