Research The System Of CAPP About Electronic Motor

CAPP technique not only resolved the problem of the standardization and automation in process planning in the enterprises, but also resolved the problem of the information in manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, it is the key technique to establish the CIMS in the enterprises. It can short the period, which prepared for production, and it is the guarantee on increasing the manufacturing quantity and optimizing the manufacturing resources.Research about CAPP have obtained very big achievement in this years, but in the practical aspect is still very weak now. This thesis is based on practical production, face to the production environment, with the most basic and actual need of the enterprises, detailed analysis and study the process data founding, and the parts information describing and obtaining, the creating manner about process and its drawing, the data managing and safely protecting, the process document outputting etc., bring up the research way about practical CAPP which is based on the technique in database and group technology, using Index,Variant and Generative method. Combine with the example about the electrical motor product key parts process, exploited out the CAPP system.
