Study On Testing System Of Train Vibration Comfort Based On Virtual Instrument Technology

This article mainly introduces a suit of testing system about the train vibration comfort based on virtual instruments technology.Referring to the standard——UIC513,ISO2631,sensor technology and signal analysis technology,we design a suit of system about the train vibration comfort degree testing and evaluation in LabVIEW7.1.The system takes computer as the hardware platform,takes LabVIEW7.1 as the software platform,is mainly composed of data acquisition(sensors with correlative circuit and data acquisition card),signal analysis(time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis)and comfort evaluation, with the function of data acquisition,data storage,data analysis,friendly interface and easily operated.Since the appearance of integrated circuit in 70s twenty century,with the rapid development of micro-electronics,computer,software technology,and their application in electron measure and instruments,new test theory,test method,test domain and instruments structure have been used continually.Test technology has breached the idea of traditional test instruments,and a fire-new instruments idea is appearing.Virtual instruments taking computer technology as core is becoming new developing direction of testing and controlling domain.Its appearance makes test technology entering new times.In our country railroading developing with high speed lately,the speed of railway transport continually advancing,had 6 times bringing up speed and its relatively convenient,comfortable and price superiority,more and more people choose railway as their trip vehicle.But with society developing and people's standard of living,passengers demanding high speed and high security,as the same time,high comport gradually is set up.So testing about train comfort is very necessary.Speaking in errantry,train comfort is vibration comfort.This article brings up a suit of realized project of a system about train vibration comfort based on virtual instruments.The data acquisition module of system is mainly composed of sensor circuit taking acceleration sensor ADXL330 as core and dynamic data acquisition card USB-9233 made in NI.This card with signal regulation circuit,can realize data signal A/D switch with high speed.The signal analysis module is realized in computer. We realize the function of data storage,data analysis and real time display in LabVIEW7.1.By analyzing portrait,horizontal,vertical acceleration data within 1～80Hz,get 3 directions vibration comfort,integrated vibration comfort and vibration comfort grade,and realize acceleration data waveform and vibration comfort grade real time display.The testing system is provided with excellence of high reliability,strong expansibility,high precision,low cost,easy upgrade and easy operation.
