In the age of Knowledge Society, Human Resources has been a main factor determining the success and efficiency of an organization. In China, television, including broadcasting, newspapers, and publish apartments are special industry apartments. That's because the effect it acting on the area of social politics, but also related to economy system. The special idiosyncrasy makes it late in the progressing in the economy system revolution, also the degree of it. As the revolution and development of the economy system, the economy effect has appeared. Whatever the special idiosyncrasy it has, the main problem of human resource should be resolved.In recent years, the television industry in China has been transferred government to company style. At the same time, the industry style has been promoting. The television industry has done a lot of revolution on disseminating, system itself, and personnel system. We also got some effect. But we also have several problems unresolved, which blocks the development of China television development.This paper looks backward the history of Human Resources Management in the process of China Media development. It also makes it clear that the background of the Human Resources of television industry is the testing process in Human Resources Management of company style. In the basis fact of the history and the status of China television industry Human Resources Management, it educes the topic of the relationship between Human Resources Management and China television development. Then the paper analyses two parts of it: the characters and the puzzle. In the end, to the point of the puzzles, the paper gets a conclusion that we have to make a good television station strategy, consummate the picking up and bringing up of the persons with ability, construct the system of encouragement, consummate the performance assess, are the best way of solving problems. The writer hopes that after promoting an advanced idea through the studying, it will give great help, even constructed opinion to the Human Resources Management in the process of China Media development.This paper considers the cunent situation and the development of Television Industry, dealing with the problems while managing, finding the solution of the questions. The writer hopes it will give a great help to the Revolution of China Television Human Resources Management.
