The emulate turntable can be used to simulate the attitude movement of some spacecrafts in order to carry out the reappearance of body's motility character. The development of the emulate turntable accelerates the renovation rapidity and improves the system precision, which contributes to the armament very much. The performance of the emulate turntable will affect the reliability of simulation, so it makes great sense to the national defence by developing the emulate turntable which is more precise.In this thesis, a certain three-axis emulate turntable with the servocontrol board and control law is developed, which is used to test the armament system performance.At first, the performance requirements of the turntable servocontrol system are given. The compositive parts and corresponding functions are analysed according to the requirements. Moreover, the schemes of servocontrol board and control law used in position-loop are presented.In the next place, the servocontrol board based on DSP and CPLD is designed according to the system requirement. The design process is listed detailedly for DSP mini-system, asynchronous and serial communication module, SRAM module, dual port RAM module, serial encoder receival module, parallel encoder recerval module, D/A circuit, drive interface circuit and logic coding circuit. The methods to use these modules are also provided. The disturbing factors such as noise and electromagnetism disturbance which maybe affect the performance are analysed. Moreover, the methods are provided to sovle these disturbing factors.Again, the engineering equivalent model of the controlled object in position-loop which is located in servocontrol system is established. Parameters self-tuning Fuzzy-PID controller is designed according to the model. The superiority of the derived Fuzzy-PID controller is validated by comparing with the single PID controller and Fuzzy-PID subsection-controller, while, the parameters for the engineering realization are provided from the simulation result.In the end, the functional debugging methods of the modules are presented in this thesis, and the schemes to solve the problems in the process of debugging are also provided. Moreover, the turntable closed-loop system is debugged, and the detecting method for the system performance is also provided.
